Ideally, working out for between 30-60 minutes, three to five times per week will give you the best lift, according to the same study. Working out increases the production of a particular growth hormone, called brain-derived neurotrophic factor, of BDNF. Suzuki also found that only 50 minutes of aerobic exercise dramatically increases one’s ability to focus on a range of activities and tasks.
